We were three months from submitting drawings for a second floor and two other roofers quoted a full tear-off. These guys numbered the planes, showed us which ones the addition would erase, and replaced only the two that were staying. Saved us a genuinely embarrassing amount of money.

Leak we had chased for two winters. They ran a hose in stages with someone up in the attic and made it drip on command inside twenty minutes. Turned out to be a headwall on the family room addition. Fixed in a day, photographed, and it has been dry since.

Steep hillside lot, difficult access, and they priced the staging as its own line instead of burying it somewhere. The estimate explained the plywood rate before anyone touched the roof, so the final invoice matched what we agreed to. That has not been my experience with contractors here.

Mixed-use building, tenants living above the shops. No torch, they worked in sections, and nothing was left open overnight. Our residents got a schedule in advance and the start times were reasonable. The board asked for a phased scope and got one they could actually vote on.
